How does online ordering work?
It’s simple. All you need is an email address and an appetite.- Choose your campus.
Note: You will only have to do this once. - Browse list of restaurants; select by clicking on the restaurant’s name.
- Build your order. Once you have selected the restaurant you want to order from, click through the categories on the left hand side and they will display all associated items in the center area. Select items by clicking on the price and then the add item button on the next screen. You will see customized toppings if applicable for that item. Some toppings may cost extra.
Note: As you add items they are automatically added to the guest check on the right. - Check out. Once you meet the minimum requirements of the chosen restaurant, the checkout button will appear in the guest check on the right. If your food order is complete, click checkout. Confirm your delivery and payment information, send your order, and you are done!
Campusfood.com immediately sends your order via fax to the restaurant. Once the restaurant has successfully received your order, a detailed order confirmation is sent to your email account and the restaurant begins to prepare your food.
For changes to your order, we suggest contacting the restaurant directly. The phone number is supplied in the confirmation email.
Can I pre-order food?
Campusfood.com is geared towards the here and now… but if you need to order ahead of time you can add special instructions on the order details page during checkout. I.e.: “Please deliver at noon”. The restaurant must be open on the Campsufood.com web site at the time. Be aware that any special instructions that change the order in any way may be disregarded.
Can I call Campusfood.com to place my order?
Unfortunately not, Campusfood.com is solely an online ordering service and does not accept food orders for local restaurants over the phone. Why hassle with the phone, busy signals, and miscommunications? The only way to receive our exclusive food specials is to order them online. Find a computer and order today!

What about delivery charges?
Each participating restaurant has its own ordering guidelines. Take a look at the restaurant’s details page to see if they charge for delivery. Any delivery charge will be displayed on your guest check throughout the ordering process and is automatically calculated into your total. No surprises here.
What is the service charge that appears on my order?
Orders placed on our website are typically subject to a per order service charge. The service charge appears in your Guest Check as you build your order and again on the final review page prior to submitting your order.
Can I have my order delivered to a computer lab, the library or other common areas?
It depends. Some restaurants will not deliver to an address unless it is a specific location or room number. They may require you to include a cell phone number on your order so a delivery driver can call you when they arrive. Also, some specials and promotions on the Campusfood.com Web site may be limited to specific delivery locations. In these cases, orders sent to common areas will be canceled automatically.
How long will my order take?
Campusfood.com estimates your order should not take more than 60 minutes to be delivered or 20 minutes for pick-up, but this may vary from restaurant to restaurant.**Be aware that there are some factors that can increase the delivery time, such as peak hour rush and extreme weather conditions. We ask all restaurants to contact our customers if their delivery time will exceed 60 minutes.
What if I have not received my food yet?
To check on the status of an order, we suggest contacting the restaurant directly at the number in the confirmation email. If you are unable to contact the restaurant or would like us to follow-up, you can Contact Us.
How do I know if a restaurant will deliver to me?

What if I need to change or cancel my current order?
To check or change the status of an order, we suggest contacting the restaurant directly at the number in the confirmation email. If you have a problem reaching someone at the restaurant, please Contact Us. Don’t wait too long or your food may already be prepared... and no one wants to waste food.
What is the confirmation email?
A detailed order confirmation is sent via email after the restaurant has successfully received your order. The confirmation email contains order details, the restaurant’s phone number, and order preparation time.
What if I do not receive my confirmation email?
First things first, make sure you are checking the correct email account and have looked in all of your junk, bulk, trash and spam folders. If still nothing, Contact Us and we will look into your order status and respond accordingly. If we detect an issue in transmitting your order, you might receive a call from one of our customer service reps to let you know of any status changes.It is possible that your email provider may be blocking our emails. If you believe this is the case, notify your provider and approve Campusfood.com as an authorized sender. You may be able to change your personal email settings as well.
How do I pay for my food?
Cash is always accepted by all member restaurants. Check the restaurant's details page to see what other forms of payment they accept online.
Can I use my campus card or off campus payment card?
If a restaurant accepts the given payment method on our web site, then you can use it to order online. Check the restaurant’s details page to see if they accept your campus card. If you know a restaurant accepts a card we don’t have listed Contact Us.
I paid for my food with a credit card, but my order was canceled.
For any payment questions, cancellations, changes or refunds, Contact Us immediately. We will thoroughly investigate all transactions and come to a speedy resolution. Be aware, any changes may take up to 2 business days for the activity to appear in your account.
I was charged for an item I never received
Contact Us regarding any missing items from your order, including whether you still want them and we will follow up accordingly. We can have the restaurant adjust the charge on your credit card, resend the missing item, or credit you for a future order.
